As dedicated professionals, we are passionate about creating spaces that reflect your well-being and enhance your daily life. Here’s how we begin transforming your home into a beautifully organized space:
- Phone Consultation: During our initial phone consultation, we’ll discuss your home organizing goals, our streamlined process, and schedule your estimated start date.
- Proposal and Payment: After our call, you will receive a detailed proposal via email. This proposal will include all necessary documents for your review and electronic signature, as well as instructions for making your payment.
- Availability: We operate six days a week—Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, and Saturdays from 9 AM to 1 PM. To ensure a smooth process, we require access to your home during these hours. We do not work on Sundays.
Pricing
Our pricing structure is designed to be transparent and fair, ensuring you receive exceptional value for your investment:
- Labor Costs: $90 an hour, this encompass all time spent in your home, whether we’re working with you to declutter, shopping for necessary products, or planning your project.
- Supply Starter Cost: To kickstart your project effectively, we require a minimum supply starter cost of $1,500.
- Upfront Payment: To secure your start date, 60% of your labor cost and 100% of your supply starter cost are due upfront.
- Remaining Balance: The remaining 40% of your labor cost is due immediately upon project completion.
- Additional Supplies: If additional supplies are needed, you will be notified before any extra purchases are made. You will only be charged for the supplies used, with any leftover funds refunded.
- Complimentary Changes: You have 48 hours to request any complimentary changes to the project. Beyond this period, any modifications will incur additional charges.
